How to convert ZIP to CBR file?

  1. Select your ZIP file To select the ZIP file, you have two options:
    Click "Select ZIP file to convert" to open the file chooser
  2. Convert the archive
    Click "Convert to CBR". It will initiate the conversion.

    Click "Save CBR File" to save it to your local drive.

    Click the down arrow (▾) next to the ZIP file selection button, then choose "Select from Dropbox".

  2. Pick your ZIP file
    A small ezyZip window opens. Click "Continue to Dropbox", sign in to Dropbox if asked, then pick your ZIP file.
  3. Run the conversion
    Once the ZIP file has downloaded into your browser, click "Convert to CBR".
  4. Save to Dropbox
    When the conversion is done, click the down arrow (▾) next to "Save CBR File" and choose "Dropbox". The first time, Dropbox asks you to allow ezyZip access.

    The CBR file is saved in the /Apps/ezyZip folder.

  2. Sign in and pick your ZIP file
    A Google Drive window opens. Sign in to Google if asked, allow ezyZip to access the files you choose, then pick your ZIP file.
  3. Run the conversion
    Once the ZIP file has downloaded into your browser, click "Convert to CBR".
  4. Save to Google Drive
    When the conversion is done, click the down arrow (▾) next to "Save CBR File" and choose "Google Drive". Sign in to Google if asked.

    The CBR file is saved in the My Drive/ezyZip folder.

    A OneDrive window opens. Sign in with your personal Microsoft account if asked and allow ezyZip access, then pick your ZIP file.
  3. Run the conversion
    Once the ZIP file has downloaded into your browser, click "Convert to CBR".
  4. Save to OneDrive
    When the conversion is done, click the down arrow (▾) next to "Save CBR File" and choose "OneDrive". Sign in with your Microsoft account if asked.

    The CBR file is saved in the Apps/ezyZip folder.

ezyZip is a free web app for converting zip to a CBR file, enabling it to be opened with a standard file extractor (present in most operating systems). No need to install additional software as it runs in the browser. It supports a bunch of other file extraction and file conversion options too.

Unlike other online zip conversion utilities, ezyZip does not require you to upload or download files to a server. It runs locally as a browser app, thus making it much quicker than other similar online conversion tools. There are no usage limits! This also ensures your privacy will be protected as no file data will leave your browser. All common file compression formats (and mos tuncommon) are supported.

A comic book file consists of a collection of image files compressed into a single archive, generally using the zip format. Each image is a page of the comic book. You can distinguish a comic archive by it's file extension, usually one of cbr, cba, cbz or cb7. The different extension indicates what kind of compression format the comic archive is using. E.g. cb7 is utilising 7zip for compress the comic pages.
